Indian Council of Historical Research Contingency Grant
Scholarship Highlights:
The Indian Council of Historical Research awards Contingency Grant to Indian as well as non-Indian citizens who are pursuing their research on History in India.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates who are pursuing Ph.D., M.Phil, post-doctoral work, or independent research in History and are not having any such contingency grant for the intended work from any other organization.
University Faculty and staff members of research institutions and others who are pursuing research work in History.
Students of M.Phil and Ph.D. must have completed six months of their registration at their University to receive grants.
